Message to council: Residents don't want this. Developers do. Please stop rezoning land to high density residental. And stop clear cutting what's left of the trees in town. It's time to put an end to this type of "development".
| Development around Neil's Pond |
| Looking west at Neil's Pond Really nice but a few steps down the trail....
|
| View looking south. |
| Directly on the trail. |
| Homes almost to the water's edge. |
*facepalm

DeleteSad story you tell Chris. The short-term gain scenario comes to mind. Wonder how many others are saddened by the clear-cutting? It is a nasty way to deal with our planet.
ReplyDeleteIt is bad VP and if no one steps in, it will only get worse. I can't understand why every tree has to be cut. After houses are build (on 50 by 100 foot lots) two token maples are planted in the front yards.
